CANCELLATION POLICY
AT RED RUSH ADVENTURE PARK, WE UNDERSTAND THAT PLANS MAY CHANGE. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY ENSURES A FAIR PROCESS FOR ALL CORPORATE BOOKINGS:
1. CANCELLATION & REFUND:
- CANCELLATIONS MADE 5 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE EVENT DATE: 100% REFUND.
- CANCELLATIONS MADE 3 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE: 50% REFUND
- CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE: NO REFUND.
- rEFUND AMOUNT WILL TAKE 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS
2. RESCHEDULING:
- RESCHEDULING REQUESTS MADE AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
- RESCHEDULING WITHIN LESS THAN 5 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% REBOOKING FEE
3. NO-SHOW POLICY:
- IF A GROUP DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THE EVENT DAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, THE
BOOKING AMOUNT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. WEATHER CONDITIONS:
- IN CASE OF EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, WE
WILL OFFER A RESCHEDULING OPTION OR A FULL REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION.
5. FORCE MAJEURE:
- RED RUSH ADVENTURE PARK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN EVENT DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. IN SUCH CASES, A FULL REFUND OR RESCHEDULING WILL BE PROVIDED.

NOTE:
Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for their conduct.
Indemnity: Ticket purchase confirms guests accept full responsibility for any injury or property damage.
Liability
The park is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings or guest equipment.
Exclusive Access
Activities and spaces operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not exclusively reserved unless confirmed in writing.
Damage & Compensation
Any damage to property, equipment, or infrastructure caused by guests, hosts, or vendors will be chargeable. All dues must be settled before event closure. Costs will be determined at management’s discretion.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own conduct. Any misconduct, disturbance, or damage caused will be fully chargeable to the individual.
